General Information

There are twenty-two (22)  amendments for consideration on the September election. All of the propositions and their order on the ballot are listed below.

This election is being held on a uniform election day according to the Texas Election Code. It is a change from the normal date of constitutional amendment elections. 

Early Voting in Person will begin Thursday August 28, 2003 and end on Tuesday, September 9, 2003.  Hours of operation will be weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2003 in observance of Labor Day. 

Early Voting by Mail applications will be accepted beginning July 15, 2003. Ballots will be mailed beginning July 30, 2003.Call if you need an application to vote by mail.
