The Victoria College was to have held a General Election for Trustees of District 4 and 6. The election this year was being held on the third Saturday in May to accommodate the late primary. In 2006 the election day will be the first Saturday in May.
The current officeholder of Trustee, District 4 is Bruce Chinn. The voting precincts are: 6, 10, 11, 19, 25, 26, 28, 28, 29, and 30.
The current officeholder of Trustee, District 6 is Catherine McHaney. The voting precincts are: 6, 9, 10, 11, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 33.
Filing ended at 5:00 p.m. on March 15, 2004.

The Board of Trustees for the Victoria College met on March 22, 2004 and cancelled their election because both candidates were unopposed.
