The Victoria County Democratic and Republican Parties will conduct runoff elections as a joint election on Tuesday, April 11, 2006. The same polling locations will be used.

    All registered voters in the county who voted in the primary may vote in the same party's runoff election. They may not vote in the other party's runoff.

    All registered voters in the county who did not vote in the primary may vote in the runoff.

    Early voting in person will be held for one week only beginning Monday, April 3rd and continuing through Friday, April 7, 2006. The Elections Office at 111 N. Glass will be open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm each weekday.

    Early voting by mail applications will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 4th. Any voter by mail who voted in the primary and indicated they wanted a runoff ballot will receive a ballot in the mail.

    The Democratic Party will conduct a county- wide election. The Democratic Candidates in the runoff are:
