The Elections Administrator's Office is a county department.
The responsibilities of the office include voter registration and
conducting county elections. In addition the office contracts
election services with the following entities:

| Water Control & Improvement District No. 1 - Bloomington | Water Control & Improvement District No. 2 - Placedo | Victoria County Navigation District |
The office also serves as voter registrar for the following entities:
