NOTICE is given that on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. the Commissioners Court of Victoria County, Texas shall hold a public hearing on the 2nd floor of the Victoria County Courthouse located at 115 N. Bridge Street, Victoria, 77901 to consider the application to modify an existing tax abatement from Centerline Technologies, LLC and the approval of a modified tax abatement agreement with Centerline Technologies, LLC to include Phase II of their proposed highway striping and pavement marking operation on property owned by WJB Development, LLC at Nursery Drive Victoria, Texas 77904 on approximately 5 acres within the Victoria County Reinvestment Zone #3, comprised of 78.492 acres owned by WJB Development, LLC. Improvements of the property in support of the base operations of the highway striping company include an additional 10,000 SF building with a 6,000 SF covered area, improved road, parking lot, and additional equipment with a revised total estimated cost for Phase I and Phase II of $1,305,000. At the hearing, interested people shall be entitled to speak and present evidence for or against the tax abatement agreement.
