Between February and May 2024, the Victoria County Public Health Department conducted a comprehensive Community Health Assessment in collaboration with United Way of the Crossroads, the Texas A&M School of Public Health, and other local organizations. The process included household surveys, community discussion groups, and a thorough review of existing health data. 

The completed assessment highlights health strengths, gaps, and priorities for Victoria County. It will guide local planning efforts, funding applications, and community health initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes for all residents.
