VC360: A Full Circle Look at Your County in Action
On behalf of the County Judge and Commissioners' Court, we welcome you to Victoria County 360 (VC360) — a unique initiative designed to engage, inform, and empower our community by offering a comprehensive look into county government operations.
Our mission is to foster understanding, transparency, and collaboration between local government and the public. Through interactive and meaningful experiences, VC360 showcases how Victoria County delivers exceptional service to its residents in a fair, efficient, and courteous manner.
What Is VC360?
VC360 is a community engagement program that provides residents with an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at how county government works. Participants will tour county facilities, meet with elected officials and department leaders, and learn about the services, history, and daily operations that keep Victoria County running.
Whether you're curious about public safety, infrastructure, health services, or future development projects, VC360 offers a deeper connection to your community— and our future.
Program Schedule
Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM – Every Tuesday Evening
- Start Date: Tuesday, September 30, 2025
- Graduation Ceremony: Tuesday, November 4, 2025
Selected participants will receive a detailed agenda, including optional tour dates. Each session will run from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, featuring direct engagement with elected officials, department heads, and staff. Participants will also enjoy guided access to county facilities and insights into key projects and future initiatives shaping Victoria County.
Additional Program Details
- Limited enrollment: 25 participants will be selected
- Selected applicants must complete a brief background check and liability form

- Open to Victoria County residents aged 21 and older
- No fee to participate
