KENNETH SEXTON

VICTORIA COUNTY COMMISSIONER PRECINCT 4

Commissioner Kenneth Sexton was elected as Victoria County Commissioner for Precinct 4 in 2022 and officially began his term in January 2023. He is one of four precinct commissioners who, alongside the County Judge, form the Commissioners Court. This governing body is tasked with managing the county’s general business operations, financial decisions, and other important administrative responsibilities.

Sexton believes that his professional and personal background has equipped him well for a role in public service. He places a strong emphasis on honesty, transparency, and accountability—qualities he views as essential for being an effective county commissioner. He feels called to serve and give back to the community that has shaped his life. One of his primary goals is to be approachable and accessible to residents of Victoria County. With a hands-on business background, Sexton brings practical problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

A lifelong Victoria resident, Sexton now lives in Inez with his wife. Together, they have three adult children. He owns LongBranch Services, which specializes in fence construction, cattle pens, and agricultural projects. With over 20 years of ranching experience, he values both practical knowledge and long-term planning.
